This Privacy Policy explains how Cheri collects and uses your personal information in connection with the Cheri Saju app.

1. Information We Collect

· Social login: email address, display name (some platforms provide pseudonyms)
· Service use: date of birth, time of birth, gender
· Guest: UUID (device identifier only)
· Automatically: IP address, device information

2. How We Use Your Information

· To identify users and provide the service
· To generate AI-powered Saju readings
· To manage purchase history
· To improve the service and perform analytics

3. Retention Period

· Personal data: deleted immediately upon account withdrawal
· Tax and payment records: retained for 7 years from the transaction date, then deleted (as required by applicable laws)

4. International Data Transfers

Your birth date and time are transmitted to the following external AI services to generate readings.
· Groq, Inc. (USA) — groq.com
· DeepSeek (China) — deepseek.com — Please note this service is operated from China
· Google LLC / Gemini (USA) — google.com
No directly identifying information such as your name is transmitted.

5. Third-Party Personal Data

Birth information entered for compatibility readings is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data at any time. Please contact us via the in-app settings or at support@cheri.app.

服務條款

本條款規範Cheri（以下稱「本公司」）所提供之十二生肖四柱八字（以下稱「本服務」）之使用條件。

第一條（服務內容）

本服務依據使用者輸入之出生年月日時，透過AI（Groq、DeepSeek、Google Gemini）提供四柱八字命盤解析。本服務不蒐集姓名，無法識別特定個人。

第二條（訪客使用注意事項）

以訪客身份購買之項目，於重新安裝應用程式或裝置損毀時將無法復原。為保障購買紀錄，建議使用社群帳號登入。

第三條（外部AI服務之資料傳輸）

命盤解析所使用之AI服務（Groq：美國、DeepSeek：中國、Google Gemini：美國）將接收出生年月日時資料。DeepSeek為中國境內之服務，請使用者知悉。姓名等直接識別資訊不予傳輸。

第四條（他人資料之處理）

於合盤等功能中輸入之他人出生年月日時，僅儲存於裝置本機端，不傳送至伺服器。相關資料之管理責任由使用者自行承擔。

第五條（準據法及管轄）

本條款依中華民國法律解釋，如發生爭議，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

2. 専門家への相談の代替不可

本サービスの結果は、医療・法律・財務・心理等の専門家によるアドバイスの代替となるものではありません。重要な判断は必ず専門家にご相談ください。

3. AIが生成するコンテンツ

四柱推命の鑑定はAIが生成するコンテンツであり、誤り・不正確な情報・偏りが含まれる場合があります。当社はAIの出力結果の正確性を保証しません。

4. 責任の制限

本サービスの利用により生じた直接的・間接的損害について、当社は適用法令が許容する最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。

5. サービスの変更・中断

当社は事前に通知した上でサービス内容を変更または中断することがあります。サービスの中断により生じた損害について当社は責任を負いません。
